OUR POLICIES
Supervision
Students are supervised by their Principal Difference teacher during their learning session. We are each certified in CPR/First Aid by the Red Cross and our background checks have been cleared by LiveScan.
Parents/Guardians are welcomed to stay and relax during the session, or leave the premises as needed. If you choose to leave, it is mandatory that you return to collect your child in a timely manner.
Cancellations
Parents/Guardians may cancel a scheduled session by 1) calling the adviser,2) calling The Principal Difference phone number (949)291.5086 and leaving a message or 3) sending an e-mail to [email protected].
We appreciate early notice of cancellations. Cancellations must be received by The Principal Difference at least 3 hours in advance to avoid a $25. cancellation fee.
A No-Show with no contact will incur a fee of $45. According to our policies, cancellation and no-show fees are at the discretion of The Principal Difference.
Punctuality
At The Principal Difference we want to use all of our time with your child to their best advantage. This is why being on time for the learning session is so important. We understand that you may occasionally arrive to your child's learning session a few minutes late, however, we cannot extend the session beyond the scheduled time due to the start time of the next student's appointment. Late arrivals will be responsible for the full session fee.
Financial Arrangements
Payment for your child's learning session is due prior to the beginning of the session. You may also receive a discount by using our prepaid plan that is detailed above.
Illness
Please do not bring a child who is ill or feeling poorly to their learning session.
